At Dandelion Spirit, we don't treat neurodiversity, trauma responses, or LGBTQ+ identities as problems to be solved - and we don't hire clinicians who do either. We're looking for providers who have done enough of their own work to sit alongside complexity without rushing it, who understand that "evidence-based" and "nervous-system-informed" aren't in conflict, and who believe that a child melting down or a family in crisis deserves curiosity before judgment.
